Stafford Borough Local Plan: responses to consultations

What development will there be in Stafford Borough over the next 20 years, and where will this be located? How much affordable and social housing will be provided? How will the borough respond to the climate emergency and protect nature? How will people live, work and get around? Here, we respond to the borough council’s proposals and comment on the proposed housing numbers. We also comment on the proposed garden village at Meecebrook, a new settlement of up to 6,000 houses.
